Data We Process

ZendFi can process wallet addresses, connected chain IDs, loan and quote details, support messages, chat text, browser storage values, API request metadata, and IP-derived rate-limit keys.

Do not enter seed phrases, private keys, passwords, or other secrets into ZendBot or support messages.

Processors And Network Services

The app uses Groq for ZendBot responses, Base RPC providers including Ankr or public Base RPC, Thetanuts pricing/indexer services, WalletConnect/RainbowKit/Reown wallet infrastructure, and Vercel hosting logs and edge infrastructure.

Browser Storage

ZendFi stores local preferences, cached loan state, collar settings, chat history, reminders, and per-session history resolution data in localStorage or sessionStorage. Chat history expires after seven days. You can remove ZendFi browser data from Settings in the app.

Your Choices

ZendBot is optional. Page context sharing is off by default and, when enabled, sends only redacted page context without your full wallet address or form amounts.
